Refund Policy

We believe in our infrastructure. If NubSero doesn't fit your workflow, we make the exit process as simple as the sign-up.

The 7-Day Window

Request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal for a full, 100% reimbursement. No awkward questions asked.

Post 7 Days

Requests made after the 7-day period are non-refundable. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

How to request

To initiate a refund, please contact our team at refund@nubsero.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include your Invoice ID for faster processing.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Note: This policy applies to standard subscription plans. Custom enterprise agreements (Nexus Plan) are governed by their respective Master Service Agreements. NubSero reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected platform abuse or Terms of Service violations.
